Cuckoo clock, QQ Ziggurat

From the "Pirondini" QQ collection, and designed by Giovanni Pirondini. The Art 'Ziggurat' clock has been manufactured in the Pirondini laboratory with a completely new and innovative movement having improved reliability, longer life and lower environmental impact.

Unlike the other clocks in the Pirondini range these clocks do not have a 'night sensor'. They turn off at  9-45 pm and turn on at 7 am and they mark the 'quarters' with a short light 'chirp'.

There is a Cuckoo call on the hour with a faint 'babbling brook' in the background. The quality sound can be adjusted to barely audible to loud! All the Cuckoos are hand made in wood and are all slightly different.

A minimal amount of plastics has been used in the manufacture, with a hand carved wooden bird and Beechwood ladder the case has a lacquered MDF finish .

The clock can be either wall, or table mounted, and is available in white (PIR 501W), or Black (PIR501B).
